How far in advance should I order?
For custom and specialty work, please ask at least 1–2 weeks ahead when possible. Larger events and tiered cakes need more lead time. Last-minute? Ask anyway — sometimes it works out.
Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, and reduced-sugar options?
Yes, all three. Check the boxes on the form. These are made with real technique so they taste like the original, not a compromise.
Can you ship my order?
Not currently. Under Texas cottage food rules, online orders are picked up in person or delivered locally in the El Paso area — no shipping.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery may carry a small upcharge depending on where you are. Note delivery on your order and I'll confirm before you pay.
How do I pay?
After we confirm the details, you'll get a secure Stripe payment link. Custom cakes may need a deposit to reserve the date, with the balance due before pickup or delivery.
Are you certified?
Yes — ServeSafe certified, and baking professionally since 2017.
What about allergies?
Tell me in the order notes. I'll be honest about what I can safely accommodate in a home-kitchen environment.
